For social aspects, the Talanx Group has established a framework for decentralized social and community engagement. The following four strategic action areas have been defined:

- Ensuring access to education
- Promoting access to infrastructure
Due to the decentralized orientation and deep integration of the local Group units at their respective locations, each subsidiary or branch selects its own projects, allocates its own resources, and assesses their effectiveness concerning the sustainability strategy.
