Europa Insurance is allocated to the Retail International Division of the Group and a subsidiary of HDI International AG, under which the division's activities in foreign markets are concentrated.

Europa Insurance is a specialist in bancassurance and affinity partnerships, as well as a leading player on the Polish travel insurance market. Europa Insurance comprises the companies Europa Non-Life (Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Europa SA) and Europa Life (Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń na Życie Europa SA). The product range includes life and non-motor property and casualty insurance that are primarily marketed through banks and partnerships. Europa Insurance has operated on the Polish market for over 25 years.
