Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls
Gender equality is highly important to the Talanx Group. A dedicated “Diversity & Integration Management” position has been created to systematically anchor it within the organisation. In addition, a comprehensive, Group-wide diversity, equity and inclusion strategy has been developed. This will be rolled out in Germany in 2022 and then successively transferred to the Group’s international locations.
Another goal is to increase the proportion of women in management positions. In addition to the expanded range of training offerings, mentoring programmes and the Women@Talanx network, women are systematically taken into account during succession planning.
