Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls

Gender equality is highly important to the Talanx Group. The Group’s independent diversity, equity and inclusion strategy is expressed in a series of activities and measures within it.

The strategy was rolled out in Germany in 2022. In addition, the Group expands its range of training offerings, mentoring programmes and its Women@Talanx network.
