Gender equality is highly important to the Talanx Group. Management of diversity, equity and inclusion has been strategically embedded in the Group’s people management and business processes. The Group’s independent diversity, equity and inclusion strategy is expressed in a series of activities and measures within it. The Talanx Group has also explicitly set itself the goal of increasing the proportion of women in management positions.

In addition to its expanded range of training offerings, mentoring programmes and its Women@Talanx network, the Talanx Group systematically ensures that women are included in succession planning.
