The shortage of staff and skilled workers has reached professionals in Germany. Three out of five employees in Germany are already reporting consequences arising from a shortage of staff and skilled workers in their companies. This is a key finding of the HDI Job survey 2023. In an interview with Insurance Uncovered, Jens Warkentin, CEO of HDI Germany, talks about the survey findings as well as the importance of good leadership and a long-term and targeted HR strategy.
