Ulrich Rosenbaum can look back on a long and highly successful career in the Talanx Group, including 16 years of service on the management boards of companies within the Group. Since 2013, parallel to his work on the Management Board of Talanx Deutschland AG, he has also served as Chief Executive Officer of HDI Lebensversicherung AG. With the arrival of Dr Patrick Dahmen a proven expert in the field of retirement provision is taking responsibility for the Board area of Life and Investments. He will be based in Cologne. Dr Patrick Dahmen has been a member of the Management Board of AXA Konzern AG since 2007; from 2012 onwards he assumed responsibility for the area of retirement provision, after previously serving as Chief Financial Officer. Born in Essen, he studied, among other things, business administration with a concentration in law at the University of Oldenburg and was subsequently awarded a Master's degree in International Accounting & Finance by the London School of Economics. Patrick Dahmen received his doctorate in economics from the University of St. Gallen.

The appointment is subject to the approval of the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin).
