- Contractual and mutually agreed termination of strategic cooperation with Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company on 31 December 2025
- Acquisition of the remaining shares in the Polish subsidiaries Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń i Reasekuracji Warta S.A. (24.3%) and Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Europa S.A. (50.0% minus one share) now completed
- Proportionate earnings of the minority interests now acquired have been fully consolidated since the first quarter of 2025 and reported as part of the Retail International division

HDI International AG, which is responsible for international private and commercial insurance business within the Talanx Group, has been represented on the Polish market with Warta since 2012. Warta is the second-largest insurance company in Poland and the group generated insurance revenue of approximately EUR 2.7 billion in 2024 with around 3,000 employees.
HDI International has also been active in Poland with TU Europa since 2012. In 2024, TU Europa generated total insurance revenue of EUR 168 million with around 350 employees.
