Jörn Stapelfeld became Chairman of the Board of Management of Talanx Systeme AG in June 2014.

Mario Krause has been employed at Talanx Group since 2008. His first role was as a head of department, and he has been a Member of the Board of Management of Talanx Systeme AG since 2011. He is qualified as a Diplom-Ingenieur, comparable to a Master of Engineering, and was previously employed in various management positions among others at Accenture GmbH and FinanzIT (now Finanz Informatik GmbH & Co.KG).
Oliver Barnack has been working in the Talanx Group since 2009 and has held various management positions at Talanx Systeme AG since 2011. He is an insurance broker and management expert focusing on Information Technology, and as head of department is currently still responsible for Infrastructure Operation and Application Development for Property/Casualty.
