In return, we foster our staff on a continuous and individual basis – through further and advanced training activities as well as a transparent management style with regular agreements on targets (management by objectives). Both tools constitute vital pillars of our strategic personnel policy.

Our array of management tools is geared to a high degree of individual responsibility. Ongoing skills enhancement measures enable our staff to quickly assume new and/or modified positions according to the relevant requirements profile.
Thanks to this personnel policy, the Group is able to fill management positions predominantly with staff from its own ranks.
