With premium income of about € 23 billion in 2010 the Talanx Group is the third-largest insurance group in Germany and the eleventh-largest in Europe. Talanx operates extremely successfully as a multi-brand provider in highly promising sectors of the insurance and financial services industry. The Group is headed by the financial and management holding company Talanx AG, based in Hannover, Germany.
The brands of the Talanx Group include HDI, HDI-Gerling, Hannover Re, one of the world's leading reinsurers, Targo Versicherungen, PB, Neue Leben and the financial services provider AmpegaGerling. The Hannover-based Group is active in 150 countries.
