Number of shares slightly increased through issuance of employee shares

For the purpose of its first employee share programme, Talanx AG has raised share capital by 171,952 via the usage of its authorized capital.

As a consequence, the total number of shares rises by just under 0.1 percent to 252,797,634. The Haftpflichtverband der Deutschen Industrie Versicherungsverein auf Gegenseitigkeit (HDI V.a.G.) as the majority shareholder of Talanx AG now holds 79.0 percent of the shares, Meiji Yasuda 6.5 percent.
